The writer of Hebrews encouraged his audience who were going through difficulty, hardship and persecution to allow their present day to be strengthened by remembering their former days. In addition, he reminded them of a future day that would also shape how they live in the present day. If you are going through a present day struggle let this message be an encouragement to your soul that will cause you to live in victory in this present day.
